QoL Improvement - Special Console Vendor

Could we get a vendor/console iin/near the shipyards that contains all the special consoles we get with our ships.
Similar to the reclaim tab in the dil-store for special items like the Cochrane Shotgun etc.
This vendor would have several tabs for the different items that u get as a console or weapon.
Fuctionally similar to the ship vendor, where all the ships you already own show 0 price, and the unowned show their zen price.
Having a good shop for these items will make it easier to equip ships and find items to use.
Aside from ease of use for equiping captains, it would also enable new shoppers to actually see the items and what they do as an ingame item, similar to the lobi vendor.
