Took a few days break after winter event, logged back in today and BAM again all my ******* trays are empty and the loadout I have saved is only putting back 2 bridge officers.

I am sick and ******* tired of having to do this over and over, get rid of this stupid loadout system OR FIX IT.

When you do send out an E-Mail.

    Of all the bugs that I have run into playing this game, this one problem with the load out is making this game almost unplayable.
    my vote is to get rid of it completely.

    Problem is its happening on every character and I only have a loadout saved on ONE character so something screwy is going on as it never happened before this system was introduced.

    They really fix the both trays and ship layout. But there is one item that won't stick for me. I have to use the restore from save layout to restore my space tray. On my newest ship 2015 this happens. Before you leave you should save all space layouts in the buffer. So when you come back the trays should be the same. I have not issues there. While you were gone they were fixing trays. So that's why you have this issue now. Never give up H.O.P.E!

    Yep. It's more broken then ever. Every day, I warp into a match and none of my boffs are slotted.

    I have this problem now and I seldom had it before last Thursday. Someone posted in the bugs section a possible fix that works for me. Open up your stations page then click on one of the stations as if you were going to assign an officer. Then load your loadout. This restores my loadout properly. Otherwise the loadout doesn't work at all.

    I had the bug until I saved my Loadouts in Space next to ESD or KSD. Note if you save them in sector space or elsewhere spots you will get that "bug".
    Since saving them like I said in the first sentence I have not had anything unslot again.

    You've been lucky so far. I've saved in ESD many many times with no luck.

    This has been a problem for a while... but whoever "skims" the player feedback decided we wanted new ability icons instead of a functional tray... how important could a tray be anyways? LOL
