Three things I'd like to see

1. Skill point readjustment.
Yes, I know, everyone wants this, I just want to add my voice to the throng. I would like all end-game content (DR patrols, PvE Queues, mission replays, etc.) to have their skill-point rewards normalized so that 1 level from 50-60, and 1 specialization point after that, would take 2 hours of play-time. This should be based on average completion times for this content, with the top and bottom 10% of times thrown out before averaging. This way the people like me who don't have a lot of play-time can still see achievable progress and even work on alts, and people who have more time to dedicate to the game aren't stuck doing the same mission over and over to level in a reasonable time.

2. Warp speed tied to warp cores.
Right now, if you want to go faster than warp 10 (without using Quantum Slipstream Drive) you have to get one of a handful of impulse engines to do so. This has never made much sense to me. First, it breaks sets - you can't run the Solanae set and get all the benefits if you're running the Borg impulse engine. I understand that you can swap engines out in sector space and back in for a mission, but this seems an unnecessary complication and a waste of time. So I'd propose the following system - all warp cores have a base speed, starting with warp 5 for Mk I. This speed should increase by 0.5 for each Mk - so Mk II is 5.5, Mk III is 6.0, and Mk XIV is 11.5. In addition, each level of rarity should add 0.25 - So a Mk 5 Uncommon would be 5.25, Mk V Very Rare would be 5.75, and a Mk XIV Epic would be 12.75. I think this would make a lot more sense, since the justifications of the impulse engines adding to warp speed have never worked for me, and it's moderate enough that special engine types could still have adders to set them apart (Borg gets +1.5, Fleet gets +.75, etc.).

3. Ship mastery account unlocks.
Another thing I know isn't going to happen, but I'd like to add my support to it anyway - I'd like to see the ship mastery traits be account unlocks. I like playing new ships, but I also have some characters that I feel are tied to certain ships. But I have to get away from that ship and that set-up on that character and play long enough to get the ship masteries I want, only to finally switch back later. My science captain is set up for science, why make him fly an escort or a cruiser just to unlock a trait? Not to mention the lack of available Klingon & Romulan masteries. So yeah, I'd like to see these be account unlocks, even though I know the devs have already said that won't happen. Hey, things can always change, right?

Those are scheduled to be released in season 22 when the dev's get around to reading what their players want. Currently updating the tray ability icons to confuse veteran players and adding BOFFs that dont exist in Star Trek is far more pressing. All of what you listed above would mean realism and staying true to Star Trek... when's the last time we saw that?
