Time to upgrade the rep system

As you all know there are differences between the rewards in the rep system. For example: Compare Task Force Omega (the oldest rep) and Delta Alliance (the newest): Ground weapons: Omega: yes, Delta: yes, space weapons: omega: hell no, delta: hell yes, warp cores as part of the main space set: omega: no, delta: yes, kit modules: omega: no, delta: some pretty good ones at that, a fun, well designed, non-buggy, Iinteractive ADVENTURE zone: omega: not even close man, delta: the best, fun, well rewarding STF's that are not clustererfu*king pve queues: omega: before October 14 2014 yes, delta: sort of, missions given at each tier: omega: no, delta: has something similar, a plasma weapon ment for Romulan players in the ground sets, omega: they really should, delta: no.

The point im trying to make is its time to make them all more or less when it comes to gear the same. Omega: five ground sets: Omega, MACO, Honor Guard, a set for the Romulan faction, and assimilated. Complete with kit modules, a warp core for each space set, and a new and more fun bug-less Defera. Nukara: Instead of sonic antiproton ground weapons you match the type with the space weaponry = sonic tetryon ground weapons, now creating kit modules will be easy as hell: tactical wil get tholian web mines, engineering will get a stasis drone that can set down a web mine, and science will get a web induction field. Romulan rep should at the very least get a ground set, the kits for tac and eng are easy: tactical get plasma grenades with the knockback effects of photon ones, and engineering can get a thaloron drone (the ones used by Tal Shiar npcs) or a plasma mine barrier, but they can't get rid of the special reward a tier 5 that should stay: the ability to save 1000 zen by getting Remans for free. Dyson should switch their weapon type to antiproton and I don't have any ideas for dyson kits.

Another t5 reward:

Omega: A liberated Borg boff, tac, eng or sci
Nukara: I don't know if it should be a nukara strikeforce specialist or a Tholian boff
Romulan: A Romulan or Reman boff, tac, eng, or sci
Dyson: Nelan Exil can be tac eng or sci
Undine: tac eng or sci counter-command specialist
Delta: Vaadwaur Intel tac, Kobali intel sci, or Benthan intel eng

    Yes it could use a revamp,but Fleet system needs it first

    How about they upgrade it so it automatically fills projects when they start with the marks and resources from your character so we don't have to do it manually? :D

    A lot of good ideas...

    But honestly I must say I would prefer a rebalanced content first.

    Made a new toon to go through the game from start to end, just to get back into the game after summer grinding burned out all feeling I had for the game.

    Now I am almost done with the new content and the balance utterly sucks, and that is the scientific description for it.

    Game bas content should not be balanced against having high end gear, and game worked for my alts that already had rep gear. But going through the game again with a new alt I noticed the imbalance and it must really annoy new players.

    One should not need the gear one is trying to get to do the content one need to do to get the gear.

    The game was balanced before, but then you screwed it up by increasing difficulty level. Advanced that we need to do to get items for rep gear is worse then elite was before, just to balance to new higher rating gear I guess. Do not even know yet how bad elite is, but I can guess.

    Down difficulty on advanced and keep the new elite for higher rating gear, and rebalance delta content a bit so new toon do not have any more problem then old content (which is not much unless you up difficulty).

    Liked the story from delta though, a pity it was unbalanced. :P

    And one more thing... one should always be able to go through new content with old max level toon without having to stop for being to low level for new content (which was why I even started a new toon when game said "no mission for you low level 54 toon").

    A test server is supposed to be used to properly test patches before patching anything....
