BUG: Dyson Voth Cybernetic Implants for Dilithium reputation project bugged

Short summary:
In the reputation project "Provide Cybernetic Implant Samples to Dyson Joint Command" turning in the three Cybernetic Implants is almost impossible: the button is greyed out, and only flickers back to available for less than a second in a regular pace.
Description:
As I was trying to get some dilithium on Tribble today, I decided to turn in my Voth Cybernetic Implants for dilithium, seeing I had 10 in my inventory. I went to the Dyson Reputation, and slotted the project "Provide Cybernetic Implant Samples to Dyson Joint Command".
The button greyed out, and started flickering to blue for less than a second, with intervals of 1-2 seconds. Therefore, being able to contribut an item to the project is next to impossible.
After some patience, I managed to click the button while it was blue. It would only allow me to contribute 1 of my Voth Cybernetic implants. I did.
After that, I cancelled the project, and slotted it again. I had 9 Implants left at that stage. I was not able to contribute any other implant.

How to reproduce:
1- Open up Character Status
2- Access the Reputation window
3- Go to Dyson Joint Command
4- Select the bottom project (Upgrades available)
5- Slot the project: "Provide Cybernetic Implant Samples to Dyson Joint Command"
LOCATION:
Pelia Sector, 0.00 light years away from the Kuda system, located directly below it. Also occurs in Sol System, and Earth Space Dock. Other locations have not been tested.
