I want to blow things up (Again)

OK folks, here's a challenge for you.

I'd like to make a vape build using....

The Voth Palisade Science Vessel! I have the two piece set bonus giving me the Voth Cloak ability (not battle cloak) so two slots will have to be those consoles.

The rest is up to you. I have Spiral Wave disruptors, I have lots of fleet AP beams/DBB/turrets. I have phaser beam arrays and I have rommy plasma beams/turrets.

I know it's a science ship but I'm a Tac captain - Attack Pattern Alpha works just as well on it :D

    Isn't a decloak, attack pattern alpha and a tricobolt cluster torpedo sufficient for that?
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    I think neurotic's the hell torp from doom right now - something like TS3+neurotic, with Graga Mal+TBR and GW1 should lead to a fast death on their part. TF, IF, APA, win. And if you're really ramming exotic down their throats, I'd consider an EPTE1 A2D1 EPTA3, so you can move and get more part/grav gens.
