Space Skills for (Tact) Phantom Intel Escort [PVE/PVP]

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering what the best space skills are for a tactical captain flying a Phantom.
I both use cannons and torpedoes.

Currently I'm mostly playing PVE but later on I'm going to focus on PVP'ing.

    Imho drop the cannons and torpedoes, get antiproton dual beams in the front and all the omnis u can get in the back. Surgical strikes is a must have.
