Numiri Shield and Other Special Mission Rewards

As I indicated in my thread over in general, the upcoming removal of many episodes from the Romulan chain will remove a few unique mission rewards. (Numiri shield, special engines, etc)

If these rewards aren't going to be moved to the 4 new episodes, it would be nice if they could be added to the crafting system instead. The assets already exist in game, and currently there is no special Level 15 shield, just the Aegis one, which requires an Aegis boff to craft - not a Shields boff.

    Agreed, this would be great.

    Has anyone got a list of the unique rewards that'll disappear with the new missions?

    I have yet to check which rewards are still available, but I think the following list is a good starting place:

    Preemptive Strike

    Ovecharged Plasma Sniper Rifle
    Personal Covariant Shield

    S'Harian's Swords

    Numiri Regenerative Shield Array
    Combat Hyper-Impulse Engines
    Prototype Gravitic Modulation Impulse Engines

    It is also worth noting that non-unique rewards in the Romulan chain also had some pretty good mods (Rare with Accx2 or CrtDx2). This is less relevant in the post crafting-revamp and ugprade world, but made for some good starter gear.

    Here's a post on Reddit by Geko in response to the overcharged plasma sniper:
    with the removing of missions such as 'Preemptive strike' does that mean Roms/KDF will now have a chance to get Coverient Personal Shield and Overchanged Plasma Sniper Rifle? I hope those weapons stay and go for the other factions.

    Excellent news on the Overcharged Sniper.

    I'm hoping they carry over the rewards from S'Harien's Swords too - hoping to use the Numiri on one of my alts' Steamrunners - no way I'll get there in time without skipping missions, which I swore I wouldn't do on this alt.
