ESD - BO Trainer - showing Training Manuals - I see TWO (2) Tactical Training Manuals for Stun Grenade I (one).
Where is Stun Grenade II? (TWO), with the stats that my untrained Tac ground BO shows in her stats? BO in my roster shows 114.4 Kinetic Damage to Foe.. etc., if trained in this Stun Grenade II - for 10,000 credits Very Rare in the ESD BO Trainer.
Exchange has them for over 400,000 energy credits - BUT they show lower stats (65.x kinetic dmg?) than my Current ground Tac BO.
May someone fix or clear up, or help me understand what/where Tact Ground Stun Grenade II is located with my shown BO stats?

there are rare skills which you only can get from bridge officers and there are some that you can craft
