Another Quick Question: Breen Plesh Brek Hanger Pets

Yes, another one already.

I asked around in game, but couldn't get a definitive answer. Is it possible to get Rare (Blue) grade versions of the Plesh Brek Hanger Pets? Or is the lowest grade you can get the Very Rare (Purple) Grade Hanger Pets from the dilithium store?

    Unless the eggnog has damaged my memory, you get ultra rare Brek pets for just EC (no dil) from the ship equipment vendor. It was something like 50K credits each.

    I did this for the one captain that has both the carrier and brek last month. Tonight I can try it for the others.

    You must have spiked your eggnog:

    your "BASE" pets are in the Shipyard Store, for EC
    Your "improved" pets are in the Dilithium Store
    your "Best" pets are in the Fleet Store

    They may be basic, but the item quality is shown as UR.

    Regardless, they did come from the EC store not the dil store, which was the OP's question:

    Yeah, I completely forgot about the basic ship equipment store. :o

    And yes, they apparently are bugged to show up as Ultra Rare, despite having Rare grade stats.

    Yep, cost = 47,452 credits each.

    I've only used them a few times but they are a nice step up from the ones that came with the carrier.

    In other news, the patch seems to be working for me, my KDF captain just got the Brek and hangars.

    The elites by the way cost 100k fleet cred and 39k dil X 2 for a pair.

    If you are not using the ship as your primary ship on a primary character, the EC blue store quality frigates are more than sufficient for most tasks. They stay alive in most content, and that really is the biggest issue with useful pets.

    I bought the elites. But I have always liked carriers and as a rom sci the ship is probably the best I will be offered for years to come.
