Vulcan/ Risa Beach what are these for

Other than some pretty lack lustre mission at low levels on vulcan I cant actually remember ever revisiting these maps which seems a shame.

Are they just supposed to be social areas that never get used?

    The Risa Beach map has a nice cave where all the RP / ERP people go to do their thing.

    Bring your subspace party amps, fire extinguishers, party poppers and non-combat pets that make noise, folks!

    Vulcan has a diplomatic mission associated with it, in addition to the Sokath/p'jem one. Just head to vulcan to play it.

    Risa is mostly empty except for the summer. That's when the Summer event happens, you get a ship and more grinding. but you get to wear Swimsuits. Unless your a KDF with a pre fix suit.
    Well on the Risa resort anyway. The Risa beach is just empty.

    I considered parking a 1st level Ferengi Bi1ch on Vulcan for the commodity vendor discount.

    Risa Classic beach remains up for the many foundry missions that use it as a trigger.

    Solution for it and the summer event risa locations is to set it up like ESD, SOL System, Starfleet Academy transport options.

    I might be incorrect but I believe Cryptic left the Summer Risa up at player request. Contrary to forum hate, the surf stuff and swimsuits were a huge success. At the time (that variable that always gets left off in forum discussions) these were only available on Summer Risa (although it appeared some folks could use them on Risa classic).

    I visit Risa yesterday, all the ppl there were ERPing. So if you have some one on your friend list that is on Risa, remove him beacose he is a pervert.

    Not true, I still go to Risa from time to time and I refuse to do ERP at all.

    Doesn't mean anything. I go there sometimes for easy bank, mail, exchange, and dabo, as well as practicing my surfing for the summer event. During the off season there's no one there using it.

    I am sorry, but there is so much little to do there that is 99% sure that anyone there is ERPing. Like I said, remove the pervert from your friend list if he is there.

    I think some one should make a list of all the perverts that visit Risa and deliver the list to the fleet leaders, so they can ban them and then all the perverts can be isolated.

    I should go places and look for perverts, shouldnt be hard, just look at the way their toons are dressed
