What DOFF is required to build omni-directional beam weapons?

    is there anywhere you can pick them up other than going to the exchange?

    Before you do all the work, some things to be aware of:

    - You can only craft them as Mk 12, not anything lower. So you need the very rare mats

    - The result is either VR or UR. I'd recommend using a couple of +50 skill catalysts to give you better odds of an UR

    - You can only equip 1 crafted omni per ship. You can also equip the ancient AP beam and the Omega kinetic cutting beam. So 1-3 total but only 1 crafted.
