Need Help Creating a Fleet

Well it seems like there isn'ty any new fleets out there that are just starting out. Also it seems that players who recruit for their fleets, never bother to read the topic and see if the player wants what they have to offer.

So I am making this post for 1 purpose only.

I need 5 plkayers who have at least 20 hours of play time of 1 zen on their character to help me make a new fleet. Once the fleet is made you can choose to stay or leave. All I want is the fleet.
