Can't buy STO/Holodeck Zen

It seems the server issues are extending to the financial side of the game. Was just putting in a zen purchase and got to the screen where I would select STO... and found all of Cryptic's games are missing from the list.

So no last-minute zen purchases before the 1 Jan sales expire it seems... :(

    Yep, known issue. Already been commenting on other threads about this. It is being looked into by the engineers.

    And dont forget that if you buy zen with money most likely you will fall into the probation sistems, which affect many user based on a never clearly stated criteria, or unless you have stablished purchase history, but again, there is no clearly stated what is a stablished purchase history, so you will have to try and find yourself by spending money, and hope that you get what you wanted buy.
