Is the ground set from Delta reputation any good

I plan to get the delta ground set, but I have never seen anyone using it. Is the armor, shield and rifle too bad? Or is it because the rep is still new?

    It's quite good actually. I have seen it used several times and i use it myself from time to time.
    Against the bugs i prefer CC and the relativity rifle combo though.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    I'd bet the latter for now. At the same time, players may have the armor visuals turned off or keep the rifle off their back. I do that with my MACO set.

    There are no armor visuals as such anymore, they were all made into tailor costumes. Seeing someone wear an armor costume doesn't mean they have the matching item equipped or vice versa.

    Weapons are the only ground items that are visible on your character.

    What do you mean? One can wear MACO/Delta armor without actually have the gear?

    No, the armor visuals come when you earn all the pieces of a set, and then the armor itself unlocks as a uniform option in the tailor...

    The shield resist is neat. I've only used the set in BHE as Kobali ground only offers so much. I died less using the MACO set then the Delta Rising Elite set (everything else being roughly equal). I was not happy with the weapon.

    The set is sitting on one of my BOFF's at the moment and will stay there until Cryptic builds a use for the set.
