    Like already mentioned, there were strong indications in the past, that feed the speculations about them not playing the game.
    Don't know, if they hate us. But they love our $$$ for their salaries...so keep paying.

    I was getting no reply from Customer Service once about a payment issue, so I contested it and they locked down my account and still never replied. They're quick enough to take action if you try to get your money back, but they will NEVER respond when you ask for help.

    Scum.
