Specs on Cryoplasma-Infused Singularity Core Mk XII Nerf or Not?

Did this get Nerf because when the Winter Wonderland Event 2014 had started.
Before
+100% increase to base resistance rate of all Power Systems
After (patches)
+15% increase to base resistance rate of all Power Systems
Doesn't any have this installed to confirm the change?
Did they change +17.5% ESP also as I do remember both the Warp Core version and the Signularity Core had nearly the same specs.
Now I don't feel it's worth getting and just keep what I am using instead.

I think you were confused.
The Warp Core version always had better power transfer.
The Singularity Core had the system drain resist (which is far better, IMO).
They never had the same kind of bonus.
Might have been a bug, because I was under my FED at the Winter Wonderland looking at the two specs. But the Plasma version as 100% power transfer and this one too. But not it reads only +15%. Sure there are others that have +5 to +15% as well. I did try these and felt the ship wasn't what it could be. 100% is what I am using now for power transfer with a 20% Singularity increase.
