Try this out.
Front weapons 1 duel beam array, one tricobolt torpedo,2 dual heavy cannons
back weapons Omni directional beam if you can get a hold of one,if not a standard beam array,1 torpedo launcher of your choice.I had this style build and did rather well with it.Once you get behind your target the flank bonus makes it very effective.

Reciprocrity based, doffs are 2 or 3 Damage control engineers, ET doff, Gravimetric Doff, and another of your choice.
Fairly obvious how to use it - Beam target weapons is purely to proc inspirational leader. Cannons take out shields, Neutronic does the rest.
Just be sure to be shooting your target's flank, and be aware it isn't a particularly strong craft.
