PVP queues never pop? Is this completely broken?

I have emailed support and of course basically all I get back is check the forums. I have checked the forums but not seeing any solutions.

I have never been able to get into a PVP match. I will say I haven't ever tried before about 3 weeks ago but now I log into the game queue up for PVP once I'm logged in, play for several hours each night and it never pops. I check every now and then to see if I'm still queued and I am but a match is never found. Is this normal for everyone else? If it is how the hell does anyone PVP in this game?

A little frustrated. Maybe someone has some suggestions and hopefully the devs are working on this issue.

I'd love to check out PVP but the game isn't allowing me to.

    if you aren't at least level 50 to 60, there's basically no one around to even pvp with. and since DR ruined the game so baddy, and PVP is effected by that ruination more than anything else, there's almost no one that WANTS to pvp anymore its so thoroughly broken, and gear dependent to the point of skill being irreverent.

    don't even bother trying to que up unless you have a pretty much topped out character, at least several reputations done, at least a 10 console ship, mk14 weapons is nonnegotiable, fleet elite shields and a few reputations sets.

    That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed?     *Players were having too much fun in PVP. This has since been corrected
    **Players were still managing to have some fun. XP gain has been reduced by 300%. Hopefully this will correct the issue players have been experiencing (ie: fun).

    Here I was told all you need is skill. You wish to argue otherwise?

    Knowing that, it felt quite awesome today to have won 3v1 against an eclipse, phantom, scryer. GDF rap'd.
