Broken Trek a story of disappointment and a lesson.

So I log into to 'Broken Trek' today to collect a Breen Cruiser on one of my new toons. The only toon I bothered to get the Breen Carrier on.
What are the chances I'm one of the affected players in "The account wide discount for the Breen Chel Grett is not functioning as intended for some players."
I'll tell you.. about 1 in 1. Yeah of course it's broken.. I'm mad.
Why am I mad? This not the only broken thing exclusive to me... I still have costume slots broken from sphere of influence.
Yes, I play the stunning new content and I get screwed by bugs.
Tech support has decided to stop responding to my bug reports on my costumes..
This can only mean STO does not care of all it's players are happy as long as the majority is.
I would like my costume slots fixed. It's a KDF ROMULAN you idiots did not fix the KDF aligned romulans or my character has a special problem.
Now i'm going to have to get 1k glossy photos for a f'n console part of a 3 part set?
Clue... fix broken things before you bring out more broken stuff.
When you fix broken stuff.. TOTALLY FIX IT!
The lesson I learned.. never EVER pay money for an online game. The got me for about 300 bucks US in ships and lifer membership.
Never again Craptic.. never again do you get a penny from me for any game let alone. Broken Trek.
