What should the Skill point distribution for a Science Captain Look Like?

Greetings All,
It's been quite some time since I've tried to respec my skill points for any of my Science Captains and I was wondering is there pretty much a basic template now for Science Captains or for all captains for that matter?
I'm running Particle Generator Builds on both my KDF and my Fed Science Captains who both pilot Carriers and I was wondering what my skill point distribution should look like.
I've always tried to spec out my captains so that they could train all level 3 versions of their class skills if possible and I have to admit that I'm a bit lost when it comes to streamlining my skill points based on what that Character does.
Both my Science Characters that I'm working with now are using the Breen Carrier and both make use of GW3 TBR 1-2 and FBP 1.
