I need a build for a Scryer Intel Science Vessel; preferably something with a Gravity Well. Please include which Duty Officers are needed & what the base power levels should be set to.
DPS-Bronze, DPS-Silver, DPS-Gold, etc. are FAKE! They were created by an outvoted minority who destroyed the original DPS channels!
Tactical Team sucked, once upon a time. I got it buffed. Don't think for a minute that Cryptic ignores forum feedback.

The place to start is in the Federation Shipyards subforum, many postings and responses about Scryer builds have been discussed.
