The title says it all.
Until ARC/Cryptic/STO starts addressing the bugs and troll problems hit them where they will take notice: The wallet.
Someone pointed out, "If I stop buying zen for dilithium I will fall behind other players." To them and others like them all I can say is people are doing close to 100k DPS. Where are you at in that? No? Then you have fallen behind and no amount of dilithium is going to help.
