Purity series: The Story

Does anyone know where/if the story of the entire Purity series can be read, even if its just a synopsis?

I just discovered, to my immense joy, the add-on mission "Purity: Of Peace". It's been a few months since I played through the whole epic series and I'd like to refresh myself before jumping into this one tonight. Muchas Gracias!!!

If we knew the author, it might be a lot easier. There are literally dozens of "Purity" series out there right now.

The 6-part series was written by drogyn1701, Zorbane, Rellimtime82, Capt.PFDennis, Castmodean, and Bazag.
Each author wrote a single chapter. Great GREAT series.

It was actually Capt.PFDennis who came up with the whole story for the series. I'm sure he has it written up somewhere.

Figured at least one of them would.

Actually, in the beginning we got together and pitched story lines. Mine was chosen. I wrote the original treatment and then it was split up into segments, and the 6 authors chose which part they wanted. In order for each author to have creative freedoms, I then reduced each of the parts into major plot points that each author had to include in order to preserve continuity.

I'm sure I still have all the original documentation, as we all had shared files on a dropbox account making the reference material available to each author. As far as I know, it all still exists. If anyone would like a copy please email me directly. It's all in .docx format.

    Mr. Dennis,
I Can't thank you enough for sending that material. It had been a few months since I played the series and the breakdown got me reacquainted nicely with that epic story. I felt nice and prepared to jump into "Of Peace" last night and I gotta say that was superior storytelling. Loved it from beginning to end. Best sequel since "First Contact".

It especially worked for me personally having recently come off a mission called "Lineage" in which - SPOILERS - the mission ended in disaster for the Federation. With my captain feeling a bit despondent over the failure at Rolar, it felt like a good bounce-back for my toon and his crew to help repair such catastrophic damage to a pre-warp world. Although you had no control over that aspect, it was great continuity for me and added to the playing experience tenfold.

Hope you have plans to revisit Megara in the future. Great GREAT story.
