Put PVP queue button back where it used to be

The PVP queues used to have their own button next to the PVE queues one. At some point it got moved to the drop-down menu because doffs, C-store and dilithium store needed space.
But the dilithium store has changed. It used have all kinds of consoles and weapons and was an important place to get gear, but now it has only a few special items like EV suits, hangar pets and lockbox ship reclaim things.
Due to the now severely reduced importance of the dilithium store, I propose that the PVP queues get their prominent button back and the dilithium store moves to the drop-down menu.
