Thoron Infused Proc

Is the radiation dmg from this proc really ment to be so weak? I cant tell if its an oversight or if its just that way. On the ground it shows up and 10 rad dmg per sec, in space its 14 dmg per sec. I dont think that this could take out well anything lol

    Sadly it seems they were designed for crit debuff not dps.

    It's a 4 part proc...dmg, -CrtH, -CrtD, and Placate. It's going to be lower than something that was just dmg.

    14 is about half of what I'm looking at though...
