With all the changes....

When you get past the Reputation runs, and have Mk XII gear... it's BORING

You can't even consider PvP as everyone there has Mk XIV VR or better.
The grind for those elusive skill points take forever.
Can't afford better gear because everyone crafts for Mega-Bucks

So, what can you do? Grinding another toon? How many times can you do that

    It used to be I had fun just playing in itself.

    Of course that is 2½ years worth of week nerfs ago.

    I'd say gameplay now is to not play and then complain on the forums instead

    Option 1: Scale back on play time and play casually. Log in, set your R&D, run a few Rep stuff to complete a set or more dil, then log off.

    Option 2: Grind a new alt and feed them excess off your main(s).

    Option 3: Talk/debate/RP/ERP on ESD/First City/New Romulus/DS9/Drozana. Alternative: Do all but the ERP on the forums.

    Option 4: Cease playing altogether, but keep up with the news so you won't miss something that might be worthwhile to pay or play for.

    I think I get it. When they said it was the best expansion ever, and the players love it, they were speaking of the forum, not the game.
    Suddenly it makes a lot of sense.

    Forum posting is the END game now...since XP leveling progress is staganant. Don't think even rats looking for a piece of cheese would grind as much as players would do in STO.

    I Stopped exactly on level 60 and dont intend to specialize nor grind endlessly for no reason. Even rats get a piece of cheese...we INSTEAD get kick in our arses :D
