Mat'Ha Raptor Issuse

Hello

The Mat'Ha Raptor is missing the the Hull Patterns in the tailor when using Upgrade as Material.

    I also have got the Mat'Ha and all the Delta pack ships, all the ships that use the upgrade material can't use patterns.

    I think the devs are over the whole individual looking ships, too much effort for not enough payback in oohs and ahs.

    I have an idea for what Season 11 should be; Season 11: The Big Bug Fix.
    I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.
