Yep me too. On the toon I'm trying to this on now I have done it 5 times and did not get credit for the last four times.

Just did the :45...no credit, switched instances did the :00 and no credit :mad:

as far as I know it looks like the only players that have gotten the 10 for unlock done PRIOR to todays patch seem to be getting any credit for completion. For the rest of us it seems no credits at all for doing it

Same here. have just done it 6 times today, different instances each time and have not gotten credit for completion any of the 6 times....just want the warp core... having to run something x number of times in order to be able to buy it in the first place was a **** move. Now not getting credit for it is even worse.

FYI, I'd already hit the 10 run mark on my main before the patch and have the accolade, and the store is properly unlocked for all my characters (post-patch). I did a couple of Tides runs last night (mainly for the ornaments) and also got no rewards for the Snow Queen.

Obviously for me personally it isn't a big deal, as the only thing it really costs me is progress on the accolade for my other characters, but still this is big-time frustrating for folks who didn't get it done early.

Known Issues

• Numerous uniform clipping issues with the Talaxian Dress Uniform, Female Odyssey uniforms with collars, and Female Khan Upper piece.

• Intelligence Team is not applying the Stealth buff.

• The Elachi Subspace Rift Module cannot be un-equipped.

• The Accolade “A Line in the Snow” cannot be finished.

As this should fix the issue, I am now closing this thread. If for some reason you are not able to purchase any of the above items from the winter store, please file a bug report in game and post in the gameplay bugs forum.
