Appears to be a problem getting this item. I already have it on one toon on my account and not on another. Noticed that it says you need 1000 photos even though I have it. So it's not giving the discount like the Raider.

I am having the same problem i unlocked it on my account two years ago and it wants 1000 photos. The raidier i can get for 40 photos.
