Please Fix: KDF Roms able to wear Korath Uniform

    The wells and korath uniforms are faction specific uniforms and not specific to the romulans. The romulans need their own temporal uniform.

    Agreed! Romulans need their own Temporal Uniform.

    Romulan players should have access to all of their allys' faction specific outfits. And their ally faction BOFFs should have access to all of their faction specific outfits.
