So what if he's flying something like an escort. He's supposed to waste the few tiny heals he gets trying to keep some bad alive so they can just die a few seconds later anyway?
No they just need to straight up stop sucking that bad.
If you're dying in Borg Disconnected normal there is something seriously wrong with your build and you need to start thinking about what you're doing wrong and how you're going to fix it instead of blaming other people for not healing you enough. It's not someone elses responsibility to prop you up so you can get carried across the finish line by the other 4 people that had the misfortune of being matched with you.
If you can't contribute to a given que because you keep exploding don't que for that until you can.
Im pretty sure this sub forum is for suggestions and feedback to the Devs.. not complaining about players. I could be wrong but thats the impression I get from the "Feedback" title

I have done BDN many times with the one person complaining about the other players. The funny thing is he/she is dying many times. I'm the one stuck defending one area by myself with no problems. I just figured he was a tac with no heals and thinks others are suppose to heal him.
I'm not a big hitter I try to have balance between dps and defense. ATM my avenger setup is doing 12k dps with about 50% resistance across the board. I know that there are a lot of players who think of attack only in setting up ships. Any ship set for attack only in setups will die faster than anyone else.:)

But if you don't queue, (note correct spelling), to test your build in Borg Disco, how will you know whether you can handle Borg Disco? Let's face it, the new content is tough. I can break 9-10K dps on old content. But I average a very consistent, (and consistently frustrating), 4200 dps in Borg Disco, over and over and over again.
I only die once in every 8 or 10 passes through that particular queue, but I do pop occasionally. It's always the same way, too. I'm doing fine, and then I'm instantly dead, with no idea what happened.
Oh, and for the record, I do heal. I tend to work the right side, with one other person. I always set focus on my partner, and watch their health. Especially in the brief lulls between waves, I make a point to heal up whoever is working with me. But I'm playing a Science officer in a Sci ship, healing is my responsibility, no? I can understand why a Tac in an Escort doesn't heal.
This brings us to a point - Borg Disco isn't to be done alone unless you're a demi-god. But we have three points to cover, and only five players. So either you go with a 3-2 setup and one point ignored, or you have two pairs and one poor SOB all alone and getting bumped in the rump. It would be much nicer if this event ran with 6-person teams.
The other thing I do at Borg Disco is this - during initial briefing, I set my chat to Team, and say "hello team". Usually one person answers. I then follow that person and work with them, since willingness to communicate seems to correspond strongly to an understanding of teamwork.
When I do Borg disconnected in the begining I watch where other players go. In normal I can do a area by myself so I plan on doing it. If some one else is doing area solo then I either destroy or release borg. If partner is attacking I lock on him and heal when needed and release borg. But you need to cover all areas to get 15 free per stage. There is no need for 3 players in one area.

You forgot to mention which heal to use that has an 80-100km range

I'd offer to fly with you myself, but that would require ME to know wtf I'm doing. :P
