Hi all,
I'm a returning Lifer, and although my Fed is my main, I've become increasingly interested in my Romulan Tac captain. I tried the Scimitar and it didn't turn out to be what I'd hoped, so I gave the Faeht a second go and seem to be doing well.
I was hoping that someone could assess my setup and tell me if it's decent for someone who's just starting to develop the character. He obviously has a lot of reputation building to do, but fortunately, I can afford most anything fleetwise.

My DOffs aren't ideal, but that's another consequence of building reputation. They are as follows:
Conn Officer x2 (Blue) - +Accuracy, +Perception for Tactical Team
"Law" Very Rare Projectile Weapons Officer - Chance to reduce time to recharge torpedoes
Fabrication Engineer - Increases the duration of Reverse Shield Polarity
I'd also be interested to know of any unique consoles or DOffs I might be able to purchase, which I don't already have, which might support my build and the hit-and-run style of the Faeht. I have about 300m EC to burn.
In terms of gear, am I ready to start running normal STFs? I'd like to get the Romulan some of the Borg consoles. Back when my Fed got them, you received the consoles as a reward for the STFs, but those days are sadly gone.
Thanks all!
EDIT: Revised build link to include changes to BOff abilities.

Aside from that it looks solid. "Normal" STFs are a joke stuff dies from just looking at it, advanced is where you need a proper build and good teamwork.
I'll take your advice into use concerning switching to ET.
As for the STFs, given your opinion, am I solid for Advanced as well? The only thing I can do from here gearwise is grind reputation and marks (which usually means STFs), unless there are other good things on the market which I could buy.
And replacing your current tac consoles with the fleet spire ones would also be a good idea, if you got the $ for it.
