Currently when donated dilithium to fleet projects, we only get 1 fleet credit per piece. Since it is much more valuable than EC, why does it get so little fleet credit when EC bought pieces can get more? I would recommend it be boosted from 1:1 ratio up to 5 fleet credit:1 dilithium. It can be very hard to get players to donate such a valuable commodity to the fleet when they get so little for it.

The real credit to cost ratio that needs adjusting is duty officer contributions. The EC value of duty officers is too far out of line with the number of fleet credits you get for them.
Commodities give a return of 1 FC for every 100 ec spent. Duty officer costs very but typically its 1 FC for every 150 to 200 ec spent.
Fleet marks on the other hand give a fantastic return of 50 FC for 1. Which when you consider that these and expertise both fill up faster then anything else, even for smaller fleets, is way out of line.
