Normal for Spread 3 to do more single-target damage than HY 3?

Unless I'm reading it wrong or not accounting for something spread 3 does more single-target damage than HY 3. Obviously since it's a neutronic I prefer spread to HY but should it be doing more damage to a single target than HY? The gravimentric and enhanced bio don't have this disparity (in fact the enhanced bio's spread seems nerfed bad) so what's up with neutronic spread 3?

    There's nothing normal about the Neut torp...

    TS2/TS3 are massively OP*
    TS1 is massively UP**

    *Cause even the HY3 is better than what one would expect from a HY3...and the TS3 still outshines.
    **It's like a /facepalmspread, where you get a few friends together and all /facepalm at the same time at how bad it is.

    ...it's all sorts of broken that will never get fixed.

    They're down a guy, and even if they had him still - they don't have the personnel to deal with all the problems from DR.

    Lol, they haven't heard any of it that's been going on since it was on Tribble...they don't have the manpower to listen.

    While your in a battle then do a screen capture showing the true totals. I've see it as high as 7K to 10K then again I have torpedo damage % really high not 100% but near it. I have to strip out a lot of features to get it that high. Really wish they just give us 5 consoles lots for ENG, TAC and SCI why hold back. I can do a lot with those extra 5x slots for each console. Shoot why even stop there. For 5x shield items per slots. Other online battle games give you more than 5x but this it not them so I'll settle for 5x.

    It's easier to check them in orbit; you can use all of your abilities without targeting someone.

    Oof, that particular tool tip section can at times be off if, you compare it to actually activating the skill and, scrolling over the torpedo icon in the weapons ui box.

    This isn't always true for everything but, I have had the 2 conflict with each other from time to time.

    Tooltip damage values are slightly higher in combat but the same disparity remains.

    I should equip other torpedoes that launch multiples with HY to see if the same difference exists. I know with gravimetric, enhanced bio and omega torps HY does high single-target damage with one enlarged torpedo.
