Upgrade kits lootable

I am no crafter and never will be, that's why i am asking for lootable purple upgrade kits. I can't do STFs anymore, i've done those 20 million times and my toons are all good gear wise.
As it looks now i've reached endgame again when my 3rd toon hits 60, i can't do it again on my 4th at the current pace of xp gain. What now? Guess i gotta wait on the next content patch. I don't even want a new ship from the z-store cuz it's obsolete when the fleet version comes out. So let us loot those upgrade kits on a regular basis so we can keep working on our gear at least. I still have to grind/buy dil to upgrade an item. Crafters though should be
the only ones that can upgrade the quality of an item to keep crafters interested in their profession. I am fine with very rare mk 14 gear but pls give me the chance to get there in a reasonable amount of time by "just" playing the various game modes not necessarily hard content.
