Unable to slot Rep Projects

I am pressing 'select' to start my double XP project, but the button does nothing. I have the double XP on Omega and Nakura, but the rest of the rep projects the button does nothing.

EDIT: Found a workaround. I have to slot a random project, cancel it and then slot the double XP project again.
