While I don't have the exact numbers and stats all I can say is that the queues do feel more empty and wait times longer. I can also safely say that some members of my fleet are leaving to play other MMO's. All in all it's a sad state of affairs.
I think the game has become overly "grindy" for some players. I remain for the following reasons:
1. I spent thousands of dollars in the game (and I have gotten many years of enjoyment thus far)
2. I bought the Lifetime Sub and Delta Pack
3. I run a Tier V Fed Fleet and a Tier IV KDF Fleet
4. It's a Star Trek MMO
Two things I hope will happen:
1. I hope to God they release their death grip on Dilithium refining/earning/etc...
2. Less of an emphasis on DPS builds on Elite, and bring back good rewards down to the "regular" player not just the DPS or "whales" (as myself) or people will just go off elsewhere
