Cannot Select Bright Blue for MACO Striker Helmet

Hello,
I cannot select the shiny bright blue color for my MACO striker helmet, only various shades of grey and dark blue.
On the other hand, I can select the shiny bright blue for the MACO and MACO Operational Helmets.
Is this correct or a bug?
