Proposed Changes to Romulan & Reman Rep Sets

*In light of the new, more challenging versions of Romulan FA's, I propose the addition of the

[Tal Shiar Data Disc]

to fill the role of the BNP/CI/II in the Romulan Reputation system. I heard once that this is the reason the Nukara and Romulan Reputation sets are not exactly "up to par" with the other rep sets.

Next, I propose the following changes:

Shields suffer 0% Bleedthrough for 10 sec

As for the set bonuses, I think the Reman 2-set and the Romulan 3-set can stay, but they need differentiation among each other.

Reman 3-set:

Resistance Protocol
(Targets Self) - 4 min. recharge

Reduces Damage to Shields by 0-60% for 10 sec (increases based on current hull strength)
+467.7 Shield Regeneration per sec to each facing for 10 sec

Romulan 2-set:

Singularity Enhancements

Passive

- High-Yield Plasma Torpedoes are transformed into Hyper-Singularity Devices. These devices gain increased flight speed and damage and create a small singularity rift on detonation that deals AoE damage (scaled by current Starship Particle Generator skill).

    The pieces may be subpar when compared to other rep gear.

    But as a general rule i think that when you change the gear you should only add to it, you shouldnt remove existing stats. And if they cant/wont add stats to existing pieces then they can add a completely new set with better stats that are on par with other rep gear that use BNP and equivalent.

    I thought they did do some changes to these 2 sets? I am pretty sure the changes happened during the season 8.5-9.0 patch.
