ARC Not Working

Is ARC not working for anyone else? Or am I the only one?

    It's working in my computer and you don't need ARC to start your game, use the original game launcher, check on the directory:
    Perfect World Entertainment > Star Trek Online_en > Star Trek Online.exe

    It was not working for me for abit but I clicked repair arc and it fixed the problem just search on your computer repair arc.

    was getting an error message saying unable to update arc. Had to run the arc repair to get in today

    How do you find Arc repair out of interest?
