Does anybody knows does it proc with the Kinetic Cutting Beam? So would be the 2,5% change even if its low Proc with the Kinetic Cuting beam from the Borg Rep?
My question is i want to Run The Aelahl Light Warbird Battlecruiser but the question is 3x Turrets + Kinetic Cutting Beam or 4x Turrets.
What i know is that the Kinetic Cutting Beam does share the Synergy to Plasmonic Leech but do it also have the synergy with Console - Universal - Shield Absorptive equency Generator i would say no but the tooltips never helps Really if something works or not.
