Do space weapon mods (in particular accuracy) affect your universal stats or just the stats for that specific weapon?

    Older mods (acc, dmg, crtD/H) and some of the newer ones (pen, rapid, over, pvpdmg) seem to be just the weapon.

    Both rapid and over are not limited to the weapon that has it, they given the ship a beam buff for the weapons to use up for the over and rapid appies to all caoons and turrets.
