Critique my JHEC Build

I would like you to suggest any improvements please, as i've tried to myself but i havnt succeeded.

Atm the only DOff's i have permanently is
2 x Conn officer (TT cd reduce)
And anything more than 10mil per doff is not possible for me

I would like suggestions for improvements to increase my AoE dmg, but if single target damage is more viable i can change that as well.

I dont like the A2B builds floating around, just me but there you go.

    I just get the feeling you were mocking me. :D:D
    I just never want to keep buying aux bats for my aux, but ty for the suggestion.

    Made a few changes. I would not suggest using 3 RCS consoles since your using beam arrays so turning to fire should not be difficult.

    I added the cutting beam, you already had console so using the cutting beam gives nice 2-piece bonuos.

    I would look into getting a fleet warpcore. I changed the lt universal to tactical so you can get faw 2, running with both APB.

    for doffs I would look into damage control doffs that reduce cool down for eptx abilities. Then you can slot only 2 eptx abilities and keep the cd universal. Not in game now so can't tell exact name.
