Who do I need to talk too

I bouhgt Zen 24 hours ago and they haven't showed up yet who do I need to talk with. This was done for the Interpit bundle.

    A more important question is, what method of payment did you use? Some take longer than others for verification of payment. PayPal took me more than a day the one time I used it.
