It has thus been "upgraded" by giving it access to cloaking device. I'm guessing it didn't get the raider passive? And a 5th tac console when upgrading to T5-U. Does anyone who has spend FC on getting one in the past use this ship now because of the "upgrades" or its still a lackluster ship

The first Belfast was commanded by Captain Ve'Kal Shon until its destruction in 2409. A new ship was commissioned bearing the same name and registry as special dispensation to then newly promoted Captain Edward XIII for his pivotal role during the renewed Dominion War.

No it does get the raider passive and it gets a 5th tac console when you upgrade it.

I was toying with the idea of buying one of these earlier today to mess around with. Had dreams of a DBB/FAW setup and such. Can't bring myself to buy 4 FSMs to get it with a Xindi escort already collecting dust in the hangar.

Its the best Fed ship right now by a country mile. And no I'm not joking.

    Cloaking
    Flanking Damage
    5 Tac consoles
    Universal BO slots (excluding Commander)

I'm having a hard time justifying flying anything else.

yeah the 4 FSM price is pretty large for a single buy and not an account unlock. I think if it was in the cstore we would see a lot more of them flying around.

I would get one if it didn't cost 4 FSM and an upgrade token.

Oh and I'd either have to get the Defiant or the Gal-X for the cloak.

I love my Fleet Aquarius, I first got mine a while ago, maybe a year and a half? long before the new upgrade it got on DR, maybe a year and a half ago?

I also just got the T5-U upgrade today as well, ((Spent 10 million EC on it))

still leveling it up, but it defiantly is a good ship

If you had the Aquarius from before, you should be enjoying it now.

For new, potential buyers, I will say these 2 things:

    4 FSMs

    and

T5U ship in a Post-DR STO when the new standard is T6

To be fair, there are NO T6 Raiders at all. T5U is the best you can get... ATM.

STOwiki as well as in-game description from the ship store doesn't say it has raider passive. So this is awesome news! Thanks I would gladly spend 4 Fleet Modules and an Upgrade token for this ship :)

Defiant doesn't get raider passive right?

I thought I'd get it. I even leveled brand new TAC officer just for him to fly Aquarius (my FED main is SCI). Eventually I got Phantom for almost the same money as T5-U Aquarius, account unlock, all new shinies like intel or awesome reciprocity ship trait.

I may still get Aquarius eventually, I love the design, i think it's viable after raider patch plus it has this rarity factor, you just don't see him often flying around. But then again, it's 2500 for T5-U single char unlock...

Btw, whoever has an Aquarius, is there a special bridge as shown in one mission where Aquarius is piloted by Cpt Shon?

Btw. I do have Oddy with Aquarius bridge, I like the bridge a lot and it's sad that it can't be used on other ships but that's different story. Here I am interested in flyable Aquarius's bridge.

I wonder why they called the Zen store Ody's unique bridge Aquarius. I know the Fleet Credit Ody's bridge is called Odyssey Bridge. Then why not Odyssey [insert stardate] like they did with the Voyager ones. That way you save the "Aquarius" for when they come out with a unqiue bridge for this little cool ship :)
