old episodes reward adjustment

I'd be happy to see the old awesome episodes to get their rewards adjusted to be more rewarding for lvl 60 players. Right now they cap at blue mk11 mostly. I'd rerun all of them if i could get blue (maybe purple) mk 12s. They'd still need to be upgraded via crafting, for those who want to. I am no crafter/doffer and never will be so i am stuck at mk 12. Would be cool to get the tos phaser to mk 12 and some set gear items for my boffs/away team by replaying old episodes.

Click once a day to level a crafting discipline and eventually you will have
- a new trait that might help your build
- the ability to craft upgrade items so you can upgrade your gear cheaply
- the ability to make some useful items, perhaps.
Totally ignoring the crafting is like ignoring duty officers... you can do it, but the 5 min you saved by not clicking a few times is paid 10 times over in time spent earning the same XP in game.
You don't have to craft seriously, making items and farming materials an all that. But letting it level up in the background by clicking once a day is probably worth doing for everyone.
I am a story player/content player. So non-crafters should get the opportunity to earn items that upgrade your gear by doing missions even if it takes much longer than crafting. All i am asking for is a reward adjustment for the existing content. Even purple mk12 is far from being superior at lvl 60. The breen set or tos phaser are just cool things to have among a few other items that deserve an upgrade for lvl 60 players.

um, you DO. It is rare, but I have gotten several tech upgrades from both ground and space play as loot drops.
You do not trade bound gear to a crafter. You can however have a crafter trade YOU the upgrade token. Or buy off the exchange. Or something. I personally would be happy to make you the blue quality ones from any school if you reimburse me any blue quality materials & the EC price which is like 7500 each.
I actually think mission replays should reward XIV at 60. But color me stupid for thinking that. So no disagreement on that -- it should reward XII at least (and I think it does, or many do, at 60?). Some may still be XI unfortunately.
You only need to craft on every toon if you want the traits from the schools. Otherwise a single crafter can mail the upgrade tokens to the alts. Also DO assignments get you all non purple materials for doing nothing at all, in pretty good quantities. I never run out of those, its the purple stuff I can't get in bulk.
