Clubwear and dance emote info for Non feds

For those of you who don't play fed or have fed characters (which is possible now) you can still get the club wear and dance emotes in Drozana Station in Eta Eridani. Go see Greelan the ferengi (the guy you get the party amplifiers from) who is standing against the back wall next to the Ferengi Collector. The costume tab at the bottom of the tab options has both items. They are account wide unlocks.

I hadn't seen this information anywhere else (the official announcement is less than specific on HOW to acquire the unlocks), so I thought I would post it here.

    My Orion KDF main went there and got the costumes just fine but it said I could not use the dance and gave me a datachip I could not use. I had to use a Fed alt to get the dance. I don't know if anyone else had this problem but Cryptic needs to look into it.

    Yeah, I just discovered this with a different account. KDF characters are unable to acquire the dance emote, but are able to get the costume unlock.

    It appears that only federation characters are able to unlock the dance.

    Also gorn, caitian, and ferasan characters are unable to use the lower costume part as it remains greyed out. One person also reported that their Nausicaan character also had this issue.

    Is it just me, or does it appear that no one at Cryptic actually plays KDF?

    I got the dance using a Fed alt and my Orion can do it without the costumes. I haven't taken the time to dress her up.

    I can get the dance chip on my KDF character, its in my inventory, but I can't use it. I get:

    [Inventory] Unable to use Shuffle Dance Manual. No rewards generated.

    Good thing you its an account unlock so you can get it on a fed.

    I must admit that I logged onto my Fed first since I figured it would be a Fed only thing. I am surprised to see that I have access to the costumes and the dance (shuffle) on my Klingong, but I must go to Drozana or the fleet starbase to wear the costume. I can dance the Shuffle in Qo'nos, though.

    Now that does not bode well. I only have KDF-aligned Romulans. I try to get the emote as soon as servers are up again.
