Thank you for the Pathfinder!

I know that everyone has been slagging-off the Tier 6 ships visually...and I can't honestly say as I love them, because they don't look "Star Trek", except for maybe the Guardian.

The Pathfinder however, really fits in with what I'd expect Starfleet to come up with next. The Rhode Island is still one of my favourite ever designs, but if the-powers-that-be can keep making ships along the lines of Pathfinder, you're going to have a lot of happy players :D

Yes, the Pathfinder looks great. Too bad I won't be buying it. Or rather, can't buy it for my main science officer. My main toon is a Romulan science officer, which seemed like a good idea at the time of LoR release. But now, after all this time without a single romulan science vessel, it looks like I may have wasted my time. And I have no intention of wasting my time to level yet another science character, only to have everything released now, be nerfed later.

    Dear Cryptic,
You added a third faction, remember? Can we get some lovin too? And I mean something other than yet-another-tactical-warbird.

But...Romulans on the FED Faction can use Starfleet vessels. I've used a Bellerophon on mine for yonks!

A tier 4 ship? For endgame?

    ...

As for this topic, well, let's just say that my thoughts of the Pathfinder's visuals are not charitable. If you guys are happy with it, good for you. I hope I get to be happy when/if they release a non-horrid-looking Luna refit.

MOAR SCIENCE SHIPS FOR ALL FACTIONS.

Seriously. Feds got three science vessels and one escort with DR? I feel a change in the wind, says I.

But yeah. Hats off to Marrone and the rest of the design team. Another cracking looking Intrepid-variation.
You're just a machine. And machines can be broken.

Romulan Republic may only fly any tier 1-4 ship of their respective ally.
    that basicly rules out T5, T5u & T6 ships

When I think about everything we've been through together,

maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

and if that journey takes a little longer,

so we can do something we all believe in,

I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

This. They'd have made $50 from me today if roms could fly the top tier ships of their allies.

Either let us do that, or make me a Damn science vessel.

you don't need to use a Sci captain to fly a Sci ship... my mains are a sci captain that flies a mirror cruiser, a Eng that flies a T-5U Intrepid, and Rom Tac that flies T-5u vet ship - all of which top out in PvE, and carry positive K/D in PvP.
