Am I the only one who thinks a Romulan character's conversation with Sela was a bit meh? I mean, seriously, she was there and handed you over to Hakeev's tender mercies when you were captured by the Tal Shiar. It was her voice you heard all during the indoctrination process. Hell, going back to the original Khitomer conference where the Federation and Empire recognized the Romulan Republic, she talked down at you as soon as she arrived. There should have been a bit more in the conversation about your character's personal history with the woman. Probably even a mention of how you're the one who ended blasting Hakeev after she beamed up to her ship.
As for Tiaru Jarok, she should really be talking to you differently, commiserating with you if you will, when discussing Sela. As it is, she talks like you're an outsider and had nothing to do with Sela, when it's quite the opposite.
I found this weird too. Hell, I wanted Sela in a Romulan prison, there was absolutely no way she would end up in a Dyson prison. Also there was no reason for Jarok to act that strange to a Romulan. I think the only difference if you play Romulan is a one liner from Sela. This hole mission makes absolutely no sense as a Romulan and I don't know if it makes sense playing it as a Klingon.
My guess is they rushed it out in a desperate attempt to get some of the LOR players back. "Hey you guys remember Sela and that whole story arc? Guys...?"
Maybe they will go back and make it sensible later
